Is there a start up cost for install of program for each of the levels, Silver, Gold and Platinum, and if so, what is the price? I was able to find the monthly, but did not see any initial start up fee? Please advise.

Can the CRM send out bulk emails to customer base?
At the moment, Pipedrive Workflow Automation feature cannot be used as a mass email campaign tool — such as sending one email to thousands of your contacts simultaneously — as Pipedrive is still subject to the sending and receiving restrictions of the synced email account used for the automation.
