Thryv has three core pricing plans which are all priced monthly per location. All three plans offer the same vast feature selection as the Plus plan, however with a more advanced plan, additional features are offered as well as larger amounts of usage.
The Plus Thryv plan costs $199/month per location and offers a wide variety of features for businesses, including CRM, Calendar & Appointments, a Secure Client Portal, Estimates & Invoices, Payment Processing, Local Online Listings, Social Media Management, 20GB of File Storage, and 5,000 messages for Email & SMS Marketing.
The Professional plan for business centers is presented by Thryv as their most popular option, offering all the same features as the Plus plan, with an additional feature of a Professional Website of up to 15 pages as well. This plan also allows for additional social media posts (up to 12 per month), 50GB of file storage, and 10,000 messages sent for email and SMS marketing. It’s priced at $349/month per location.
Priced at $499/month per location, the Unlimited Thryv plan offers everything that the Plus and Professional plans do (including the Professional Website), however with unlimited file storage and unlimited email and SMS marketing messages.

These include CRM solutions, marketing automation, scheduling, and many others. The CRM, which will be covered extensively, offers the tools businesses need to excel in the competitive online and offline landscape.
Features and Functionality
As expected of such a robust product, Thryv has many features that are usually found in separate applications. This is part of the reason it’s so attractive. Of course, the core CRM features are represented such as lead management, messaging, and pipeline management. It goes above and beyond with some advanced features as well.
Scheduling and booking
You’re able to integrate your existing calendar or use the one that comes with Thryv to set up a robust booking system. It supports custom events, automated reminder messages to ensure clients show up, and even manages rescheduling or cancellations.
There are multiple options for collecting payments with Thryv. Naturally, you can integrate your current payment processors like Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, etc. Additionally, there’s a built-in payments solution called ThryvPay which allows you to set up recurring payments, installment plans, and receive funds the next day.
Social media management
For most businesses, social media cannot be ignored. Thrive allows you to manage your social accounts on all the major platforms via a single dashboard. Integrate with just a few clicks so you can create content, schedule posts, and access a prewritten content library for maximum impact.
With Thryv, you’re able to set up and maintain a branded customer portal. Your clients can log in, make payments, send important documents, make bookings, communicate with your business, review their past purchase history, and more using the portal.
Ease of Use

Thryv has invested a lot of time and energy into making sure that the majority of its users will be able to hit the ground running. If you’re familiar with CRM systems then you should be right at home with this product. If, on the other hand, you’re new to CRM technology, it will be necessary to dedicate some time to learning how Thryv works. It’s fairly expansive so keep that in mind.
Contacts & Users
The contact management interface is fairly intuitive. There’s a list of all your clients/contacts. When you click on an individual person’s name, you can see more detailed information about them like recent purchases, other activity, the messages that have been exchanged back and forth, any notes appended to their records, etc. Of course, you can update any of the information related to the contact.
While you can manage your pipeline with Thrive, it doesn’t have a true pipeline builder like many of the other specialized CRMs. Instead, you’ll have to put together a system that works for your business to ensure you’re following up with prospects the right way and at the right time. This can be enhanced using the follow-up and communication tools available.
Reporting & Integrations
The reports offered by Thryv focus on sales and payment data, marketing campaigns, and website analytics. For the sales data, you’ll be able to access total payments, refunds, and disputes. There’s also information about exactly who paid, how much, and when.
For the marketing campaigns, you can see information such as how many messages were sent, how many were delivered, the opens, bounces, clicks, and engagement. These are displayed as both absolute numbers and percentages. The website analytics include total visits, breakdown of visits by page, engagement stats, traffic sources, and location of visitors.
It maintains an app market that provides integrations with a small collection of popular apps such as Gmail, Mailchimp, and QuickBooks. This is the opposite of most competitors which tend to offer large integration ecosystems.
Thryv offers multiple help and support channels which include 24/7 access to customer service reps. The agents are knowledgeable and can answer most questions or, at the very least, point you in the right direction. Additionally, it has a detailed knowledgebase for those that want to help themselves.

Founded in 2013, Thryv has evolved to become more than a simple CRM designed to close a few more deals. It’s an end-to-end customer experience system. With it, small and medium businesses gain a central location for the most important tools in their business. Payment processing, contact management, email marketing, appointment booking, and more are all inside of the application.
Even though it brings many things to the table, it does have a few weaknesses. The reporting features are basic at best, don’t allow customization of dashboards, and it has a higher initial starting point than most CRM. If you need a pure CRM, this may not be the best option but if you’re looking for a platform to unify marketing, sales, support, and many other functions then Thryv is a top choice.
